Testimony: My life changed in 2016. During my junior year of high school, I moved from Poteau and began attending Heavener High School. Not long after, I was invited to attend a Fifth Quarter event. At the time, I occasionally attended church, so I decided to go.
From that moment on, I began to feel God working in my heart. Later that year, I attended an event called “Revival in the Valley.” It was there that my life truly changed. On October 25, 2016, I gave my life to Christ, and that decision transformed me forever. I am deeply grateful for the day Christ entered my life.
GET TO KNOW ME
I have been married since 2022 to my amazing wife, Lillian Burton. Wherever we are, we share a deep passion for serving God in whatever way He calls us. We also have a dog named Zeus, who is a big part of our family.
Last year, I had the opportunity to serve as a volunteer in our student ministries. At the beginning of this year, I was blessed with the opportunity to join the team full-time as the Student Pastor. It has been a tremendous joy to invest in students and to be part of what God is doing in their lives.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing and spending time with friends and family. God has truly blessed me with incredible people in my life who encourage and support me. I have also greatly enjoyed the opportunity to preach and share about the goodness of our God.
One of my favorite Bible passages comes from Philippians 4:6–7
