Hello
I was born and raised in Heavener, and this town will always be home. My biggest support system is my family. Some of my favorite moments are spent cheering on my nephew and niece as they play basketball. There’s nothing better than being in the stands, supporting them.
If I’m not watching them, you can almost guarantee I’m still in a gym or standing on the sidelines of a football field supporting our students at FBC Heavener. I love seeing young athletes compete, grow, and represent our community.
I proudly cheer for the Heavener Wolves, the Oklahoma Sooners, and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Yes, I’ll admit it, I’m a sports fanatic.
Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of working at Heavener Public Schools, and I truly believe it’s the best school around. Investing in students and being part of this community isn’t just my job, it’s something I’m passionate about.
My Story
Testimony: In July 2002, I gave my life to the Lord Jesus Christ at SpringHill Baptist Church in Monroe just a shy, introverted kid who barely said a word. I was the quiet one. The one who stayed in the background. The one who never thought he’d be standing in front of people. He didn’t just save me He transformed me.
God began pulling me out of my shell and into His purpose. He stretched me, shaped me, and grew me through three summers serving at Kiamichi Baptist Assembly (KBA) and through leadership in the BCM at Carl Albert State College. Those seasons weren’t just opportunities they were turning points. That’s where confidence was built. That’s where calling was clarified. That’s where I stopped being defined by fear and started being defined by faith. When I moved back to Heavener after college, God opened another door, the privilege to serve in Student Ministry at First Baptist Church Heavener beginning in 2019. Then in 2026, I officially came on staff. And I don’t take that lightly.
My greatest passion in life right now? Seeing students move from lost to saved. From spectators to disciples. From silence to bold faith. I want to see a generation that isn’t ashamed, isn’t passive, and isn’t backing down but fully surrendered and on fire for Jesus.
Because my life verse says it best: Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is God’s power for salvation to everyone who believes”
That’s my heartbeat.
That’s my mission.
That’s my why.
From a shy kid in a small church, to boldly proclaiming the Gospel, only God can write a story like that. And He’s still not finished.
